Propeller began by developing an Intranet for a Construction client in PHP and My SQL, from the success of this very first Intranet project we have gone on to employing more and more Coders and Web developers and securing more and more business.  Our off the shelf solution has provided our clients with better capability to knowledge share and provide easier access to information. QS is our web-based application designed to help you to reduce the amount of time that it takes to produce valuations, sub contract payments and cost to value reconciliations.
