Ashe Tender win

Cambridgeshire County Council has chosen Ashe as a construction partner as part of the Council's strategic partnership arrangements for the delivery of its building programme for up to ten years from 2008.

Propeller worked with Ashe's Commercial Director Andy Morris to compile both the PQQ and Tender submissions finally awarding them the contract. Creating a winning Tender Propeller's experience of producing high level documents helped Ashe with this successful bid.

The local authority expects to spend around £30m per year through its Strategic Partnership arrangements. Ashe will be one of seven contractors, and will work with project manager Lend Lease and design partners Mouchel and Capita Architecture on projects valued up to £1m.
