The new portal incorporates a number of the techniques that we use for optimising web sites. Firstly it looks great. It incorporates Flash to provide it with movement and interest and re-writer to name pages in a way that search engines like.

The site is powered by a number of databases which we have created using PHP and MySQL. The client has a custom-built content management system allowing them to make changes and add information to any area of the site.

Also incorporated into the system is over 100 centre web sites which use our Light-Site technology to drive centre changes.

Tidying up we re-directed all redundant pages to the new site as well as creating a large footprint on the web with hundreds of diploma's and course pages.

The site incorporates postcode searches, diary functions and many other state of the art development techniques’.

Already incredibly successful with over 20,000 enquires a year this is stage one of an ongoing project to provide an excellent service to all wishing to undertake learning projects.
