EasyPQQ Quarterly User Group Meeting
On 25th February we held our first EasyPQQ user group meeting of 2010 at the Goldsmith Centre, Letchworth. The packed, half days meeting included a master class, information upgrade plans and an opportunity for users to make recommendations for improvements to EasyPQQ.
The meeting opened with a welcome address from Managing Director, Andy Hammond, who then went on to provide a master class in using EasyPQQ to gain the maximum benefit for your business. A large part of the morning was spent discussing with users their thoughts and ideas as to the elements of EasyPQQ they would like developed, followed by information on our plans for development.
The meeting was a great success, providing us with useful user feedback and giving us the opportunity to discuss with our users our suggested future development plans. As an outcome of the meeting, we have an agreed development plan going forward that has been shared with all users.
