New website site for Hollywell Homes

Hollywell Homes is a bespoke residential developer operating exclusively in the Hertfordshire area. With consistent growth the details of their properties is constantly changing, as new property is planned, completed, reserved and sold this information needs to be updated on their website. We therefore designed a comprehensive content management system to allow these updates to be made, quickly and easily.

We designed an attractive, professional look to the site, to help communicate the fact that Hollywell are experienced in building high quality, desirable properties. A new logo, and branding for the site was developed to distinguish the new homes site from their existing Building Services business. As part of the site design, we created a feature to allow details of homes , and other documents , to be downloaded from the site as printable PDF documents.

Elements of Flash programming was incorporated into the site to animate News and a Projects/Properties carousel. The site also features tools to allow users to view property details in depth, with 'zoomable' plans. The new site was live within 5 weeks from agreement of a detailed specification and receipt of order.

The site is now live and creates a great online presense for Hollywell Homes
