Overview
We created this product for a Company that provides this service to a number of blue chip clients.
The basis of 360 Degree Feedback is to get candidates to score themselves against a questionnaire. This provides a self perception benchmark - the way that we feel about ourselves.
Simultaneously their colleagues are answering the same questionnaire but with reference to the candidate. The difference between the two can be of immense use to personal improvement and the technique is recognised by most large HR Departments
