About Us

Propeller Studios Ltd is an integrated advertising, marketing and new media company. it was formed from three Design Partnerships on the 28th February 2001. The original disciplines were:-

 • Photography
 • Graphic Design
 • Web Design

Since that time the Company has consistently grown in terms of the number of staff, the size of client and the complexity of work undertaken. Today Propeller Studios Ltd has a turnover of £1,300,000 and a permanently employed staff of 20. Within our sector this represents a medium sized Company.

We believe there are four reasons for our continued success.

We have good people. We are extremely careful in the selection of new employees and opted to avoid the freelance route that many other agencies follow. Having directly employed staff allows us to exercise far greater control over the work that we undertake. We believe that if we provide a quality, well managed service to our clients and we have sufficient focus on marketing our own services then we should be able to maintain a workload sufficient to support this policy.

We have good processes that our team follows to deliver quality work for clients at realistic prices. We firmly believe that proper and complete planning is the key in creating good quality finished work. Our mix of account management and creative skills enable not only excellent visual results but good control of timescale and budgets. Being organised reduces errors and assists in getting things right first time. This is beneficial to all of our relationships.

We are financially strong which allows us to keep our technology regularly updated to the highest quality available. This in turn reduces production time. We have always operated as a cash positive company and our balance sheet represents the intent of the shareholders to support the development of the business. We budget to recruit talented new staff members to our team; it is one of our largest outlays. We recognise, as with football, that you cannot succeed in our business without an excellent squad to pick your team from.

Finally we are a fair Company whose values are in line with our clients. We have developed policies and systems to ensure opportunity for our staff regardless of race, sex, age or circumstance. We provide training and mentoring to all members of our team to nurture their talents. We have installed systems to manage quality not only for the benefit of our clients but equally for the benefit of our profit. Lastly we are very aware of our responsibility in terms of health and safety and regularly invest on promoting this ethic within the business.

Today we describe ourselves as an integrated technology company offering services and products to many Industry sectors. Our systems and designs are used to manage and promote projects and companies with turnovers of many hundreds of millions of pounds per annum.
