Our previous working relationship with this client included consolidating their pre-qualification information, reviewing CV’s, supplying EasyPQQ and answering complex pre-qualification documents successfully.This success led to our client commissioning Propeller to review and improve their ITT submission for this planned maintenance decent homes, must win project.

This four year framework was to carry out a programme of planned maintenance to bring all homes up to the Decent Homes standard by 2014. Being experts in decent homes contracts, Propeller were able to add an external perspective to the process the client used to manage decent homes work. We methodically worked through each question response in order to add value to the submission.

The result provided an extremely cost effective solution in securing a further four year contract.
