The Bowmer & Kirkland Group has grown to be one of the largest and most successful privately owned Construction, Engineering, Development and Communication Groups in the UK with an annual turnover of £900m per year. Propeller works with Directors and Senior Management at B&K to help increase the quality and impact of their Strategic bids.
Experience:
Bowmer and Kirkland have involved Propeller in many of the Strategic bids they have completed since the middle of 2007, together we have won hundreds of millions of pounds of work. Our ability to understand the nature of the project being bid for, right from the overall client drivers through to the individual breakdown of each question allows us to collaboratively work in a way that ensures the best possible information is included in the final bid submission.
Our in-house team of experienced bid writers and project managers work to only one goal, producing a bid document that answers all the client questions and drivers, and provides clear informative information that compels the markers to award high scores.
Work:
We have completed many Strategic bids for B&K and won all those we’ve been involved in. In addition, we have designed and produced strategic presentation brochures for various divisions within the B&K Construction division.
Our differentiators are being able to interpret words and text into meaningful infographics, and present them on the page so they complement the text and provide bid markers with clear information on which to mark. We are also able to critique the text supplied to us and provide objective feedback that will enable the answer to be improved in relation to the question being asked.
