Parker Bromley estimate that it has freed up around 60% of their time on a day-to-day basis to do other jobs which has made them more productive.

With all standard documents now being stored in one central location, they have found these documents easy to attach and append where necessary and also benefited by inserting previously used answers through the quick search function, which has meant not having to re-write the same response time and time again.
