Our organised and structured tender launch workshops focus your team’s attention on their role in compiling a winning submission.They provide a structured approach to planning, build relationships, initiate collaboration, and ensure everyone signs up to a mutually agreed timetable to guarantee a winning end product: a polished, compelling and compliant bid response.

We will engage with you as early as possible in the tendering process in order to prepare for the kick-off launch workshop. In advance of the workshop, we will review the tender documents, undertake research on your ultimate client to assess their value drivers and prepare skeleton response documents to help the bid team keep on-track during the drafting stage.

Using our own considerable experience as bid response writers, we will produce a bid strategy, response plan and realistic programme to ensure your team achieve the submission milestones.

During the workshop, we will work in collaboration with your bid team to critically review all of our pre-prepared material in order to reach consensus on the way the bid should be written and prepared. We will also brainstorm the collation of evidence in support of the submission. We will ensure a unified and consolidated approach that is reflected within the completed draft.

Within 48 hours of the meeting all of the participants will be issued with:

·         agreed response strategy

·         skeleton response document to be followed within the draft

·         response plan, including the identity of lead compilers and supporters

·         detailed programme indicating deadlines for drafts, graphics, evidence and reviews

Where requested, we go beyond the role of planning and facilitating bid launch workshops to act as bid managers, pre-qualification and tender quality submission writers, and graphic designers for the wider project.
